2021-03-21 02:59:53 : user#528013630 : Umm el Dockerfile lo usas para crear imágenes o modificar existentes. y el compose lo utilizas para lanzar contenedores con las imagenes describiendo su configuración. Te recomiendo los cursos de Brett Fisher si quieres aprender docker y leer mucho la doc.
