@go2agile : Frequent question on training sessions is what you do with cross-team dependencies. Do not expect this on PMI-ACP exam - there you will deal only with single team scenarios. But question is valid and you have to decide between managing dependencies (“orchestrating cacophony” as we used to call in one program) or eliminating dependencies.
