The winners of Best Ukraine Restaurants are announced by SALT award.
This year the best are are:
1. New venue - CHANG (Kiev). Vietnamese cuisine. In my view it is an OK place to go. Nothing more than that. Been there once but hardly imagine going again. Very hyped up. Need to book in advance.
2. Meat - ARGENTINA GRILL (Kharkov).
3. Fish - ODESSA (Kiev). I like the place. The food is good and usually is served in a very unusual way.
4. Wine card - VINO E CUCINA (Kiev). Yes, the wine is good. But
